1. Data collected / रखा जाने वाला डेटा
Name, email, optional mobile, password hash and salt, optional photo, virtual wallet, paper orders, fills, positions, ledger and activity logs are stored. Do not provide bank/card data, identity documents or personal broker secrets.
नाम, ईमेल, वैकल्पिक मोबाइल, पासवर्ड hash और salt, वैकल्पिक फोटो, वर्चुअल वॉलेट, ऑर्डर, ट्रेड, पोजीशन, लेजर और गतिविधि लॉग रखे जाते हैं। बैंक/कार्ड, पहचान दस्तावेज या व्यक्तिगत ब्रोकर के गोपनीय विवरण न दें।
2. Purpose / उद्देश्य
Account data supports sign-in and profiles. Trading data supports balances, history, daily reports and audits. Acceptance logs record the policy version acknowledged at registration or successful login.
खाते का डेटा लॉगिन और प्रोफाइल के लिए है। ट्रेड डेटा बैलेंस, इतिहास, दैनिक रिपोर्ट और ऑडिट के लिए है। स्वीकृति लॉग पंजीकरण या सफल लॉगिन पर स्वीकार की policy version दिखाते हैं।
3. Optional information / वैकल्पिक जानकारी
Mobile and photo are optional and may be omitted. Upload only photos you have permission to use.

4. Passwords and photos / पासवर्ड और फोटो
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not plain text. JPEG/PNG photos are validated, resized and stored as PNG in SQL. The authenticated photo endpoint returns only the signed-in user's photo.
पासवर्ड plain text में नहीं, salt सहित hash हैं। JPEG/PNG फोटो जाँचकर छोटे आकार में PNG बनाकर SQL में रखी जाती है। फोटो endpoint केवल लॉगिन व्यक्ति की अपनी फोटो देता है।
5. Cookies / कुकी
Authentication and session cookies support login. Remember me extends persistence when selected. Disabling necessary cookies may stop login. Log out on shared devices.
लॉगिन और सेशन कुकी खाते में प्रवेश के लिए हैं। Remember me से लॉगिन अधिक समय रह सकता है। जरूरी कुकी बंद करने पर लॉगिन रुक सकता है। साझा डिवाइस पर Logout करें।
6. Market data / बाजार डेटा
Configured market-data providers supply instruments, quotes and candles to the server. Paper orders are not sent for live execution. Virtual balances are not bank money.
कॉन्फिगर किए प्रदाता सर्वर को इंस्ट्रूमेंट, भाव और कैंडल देते हैं। पेपर ऑर्डर लाइव निष्पादन के लिए नहीं भेजे जाते। वर्चुअल बैलेंस बैंक का पैसा नहीं।
7. External libraries / बाहरी संसाधन
Trading pages can load charts and icons from external CDNs. Ordinary browser requests can expose IP and browser information to those providers; their own policies apply.

8. Access and disclosure / पहुँच और साझा करना
Records are in the application database. Authorized operators and infrastructure providers may access necessary data for maintenance and security. Applicable law may require disclosure. Data is not guaranteed never to be disclosed.
रिकॉर्ड एप्लिकेशन डेटाबेस में हैं। अधिकृत संचालक और तकनीकी प्रदाता रखरखाव और सुरक्षा की जरूरी जानकारी देख सकते हैं। लागू कानून के तहत जानकारी देनी पड़ सकती है। कभी साझा न होने की गारंटी नहीं है।
9. Security / सुरक्षा
Hashing and access controls reduce risk; no website is completely risk-free. Use a unique password, secure your device and do not send credentials in ordinary messages.
Hashing और पहुँच नियंत्रण जोखिम कम करते हैं; कोई वेबसाइट पूरी तरह जोखिम-मुक्त नहीं। अलग पासवर्ड रखें, डिवाइस सुरक्षित रखें और सामान्य संदेश में गोपनीय विवरण न भेजें।
10. Retention / डेटा रखने की अवधि
Records remain until removed by an authorized process. There is no automatic retention schedule or self-service deletion in this release. Backup copies may persist separately. The operator has not published a fixed retention period.
अधिकृत प्रक्रिया से हटाने तक रिकॉर्ड रहते हैं। इस संस्करण में अपने-आप डेटा हटाने की अवधि या स्वयं खाता मिटाने की सुविधा नहीं। बैकअप अलग रह सकता है। संचालक ने निश्चित retention अवधि प्रकाशित नहीं की है।
11. Correction and requests / सुधार और अनुरोध
Supported fields can be edited in Profile. Contact the site operator for other access, correction, deletion or withdrawal requests. A dedicated privacy contact is not yet published and must be supplied before public launch. Stopping use does not delete records automatically.

12. Rights and updates / अधिकार और बदलाव
Acknowledgement does not authorize unrelated marketing or waive applicable privacy rights. No full legal-compliance claim is made. Review updated policy versions; educational acceptance does not authorize live trades or payments.

13. Activation emails / सक्रियण ईमेल
New accounts need email confirmation before login. We send your name, login email and a time-limited activation link through our configured email delivery provider (currently Gmail SMTP). Passwords are not emailed. The database stores a token hash and a protected delivery copy; activation is recorded in the audit log. These transactional messages are not marketing consent. Confirmation proves access to an email inbox, not a person's legal identity.
